Default Water pump inlet help please

Is anyone aware of adapters I can use to change the direction of the water pump inlet so I can get it to face the drivers side Upper Radiator hose connection? Or is there anyway to remove the inlet from the pump and put an F car one in?

Thanks

you may be able to use some 90* bends of exhaust tubing to make the change you need.

There is a long thread in "conver and hybrids" that "EL S1 Camino" posted where He removed the truck inlet put a freeze plug in and drilled the Camaro boss on the pump and bought some adapter that he threaded in and attachted the Camaro inlet to ,,,,,,I'm not sure of the details but You can find it pretty easy by searching for threads posted by "EL S1 Camino" ,,,,,it's a sharp 1970 He picked up cheap and has done a whole sh_t-load of cool mods and such to .

I assume you want to keep the truck accessory spacing.
The camaro L99 pump is set up for truck spacing and has a drivers side inlet.
Or instead of putting a f body inlet on a truck pump, yoou can put a truck pulley on an f body pump.

I did my own since they were not available at the time. Kind of a pain getting the f body pulley off, but the only tools needed are a 3 jaw puller and press.
