Question on transmissions I will soon be in the market for a transmission for my swap. Originally the engine was mated to a 4L60e.
Will the computer control a different transmission without modification? A 4L65e? A 5L60e?

I have several choices for the motor. All of them are from Silverados, 2002-2004. Engines are complete pullouts with ECM, harness and accessories, but there are no transmissions attached.
