LS1 swap into lifted truck Anyone know of any write ups/info/or major problems i would run into swapping an ls1 into a lifted 01 chevy 1500 4x4 that originally had a 5.3 vortec? It just started knocking and figured i can find them for similar prices. It might be kind of cool since ill be doing a ton of work anyway might as well upgrade. It has the 4l60e trans and i know the blocks are very similar, but the part that scares me is all the electronics. any input would be helpful
