Default Starts, doesnt stay on?

Just got everything up and connected but:
I start it and it shuts off.
Fuel press=55psi
Starts good and right away but it shuts off in less than 2 seconds.
I must have missed something!
Any ideas?

Sound like your VATS is not disabled..

But also, Check your Ign power to the PCM.. make sure the power is on and not interrupted in both the Run and the Start position.

I guess I will take the ecu to a tuner and have him disable the vats and the 2nd set of o2 sensors.

Yup.. if your PCM has not been tuned to disable the VATS and anything else not needed. You need to do that. But sounds like if it start up right away.. everything might be good ! Just take care of the start up tune and you should be good.

Now that I think about it the fuel pump wire did not have power on it. I jumped the relay and got 55psi so the VATS would probably cut the ignition next.
So yes, you are probably correct! thank you!
