80's caprice ls swap questions Haven't seen any yet but they've got to be out there. Anyone here done this? What oil pan and manifolds work? Id like to pick up an old 2 door and swap in a 4.8 or 5.3 if it can be done cheap.

There are more of us out there then what people think, just do a "Search" on here and also check out the Impala SS forum, there is a HUGE thread dedicated to LS swaps in GM B-Body's.

There are a lot of them done. Just not posted all over the internet for all to see.
I've been told CTS-V Pan + 1in setbacks + fbody LT headers work. Basically same setup a lot of people use with gbody.
