You'll probably have to modify the tunnel some to fit the 4l80 as it is pretty big. I have Car Shop INC. 1" set back plates, energy mounts, and an autokraft pan and I was able to leave the frame stands in the factory location as well as use factory holes in the frame for the trans crossmember. This is also in a 69 Chevelle. I also have the Dougs swap headers and they seem to fit great with lots clearance.

No problem, just remember every car is different so it still may require a little bit of tweaking to get it work. But with the amount of clearance I have everywhere Im pretty sure you could get it work.

I've used the transdapt mounts in all my swaps. only mounts that I had problems with were the hooker mounts in a 69 camaro. Also for headers, I've been using the Dynatech swap headers. The fit and quality is great and i've yet to have a set that didnt fit. for $400 shipped, the price is also nice!

As the others have stated each one will be a bit different. I have used the following combination. All fit like a glove. In any event you will have to make room for the 4L80E, and the crossmember will need to be modified.

Frame mounts #3379 www.carpartsdiscount.com
Headers Dougs
Engine adapters Dougs SK100
Motor mounts Energy Suspension 3-1117G
If you are using truck accessory mounts you will most likely need to change PS pulley to Dorman 300-123.

Don't waste time with the truck pan, it wont work out well. I used Canton 13-274 with pickup 13-275 and filter mount 22-631.
There are a host of others as well that won't require cutting the k-member.
I can supply pictures if you are interested.

Here are a few random pictures. Remember, this is only a short list of the stuff you will need. Do you already have the engine and trans?
