Default OEM Exhaust manifold gasket part numbers

I feel a bit stupid asking this, but my searches have turned up nothing.

I have what I believe to be lq4 exhuast manifolds that use 3 bolts to attach to the y-pipe. When I went to the chevy dealer, they told me the truck uses o-ring/donuts to seal that connection. One gasket I got off ebay fit the driver's side manifold, but could not find a passenger side, so I just made it from Mr. Gasket make a gasket sheet.

(The y-pipe is something I welded up using flat flanges from ebay)

So I finally let the engine run for more than 30 seconds. Wouldn't you know there is a leak on passenger side. The seafoam I used to soak the injectors and rails made it pretty evident.

Does anyone know where I can get metal gaskets for these connection? Are they the same size/shape as f-body manifold? Thanks
