Emissions delete...HP gains?

Emissions delete...HP gains? Anyone have the numbers on HP gains from deleting emissions on the computer? Or is such a thing just wishful thinking?
Personally 10 HP seems worth it to me.

deleting emissions just deletes emissions, the evap system, egr, don't rob horesepower unless you got a stuck open egr valve, cats just a restriction but not of a gain there, unless you got a 3 inch exhaust on factory cats.
