Default New Personal Best for the Studebaker

Went to Sacramento Raceway last night for the Street Fun Drags. Made 4 passes, 13.74, 13.73, 13.57, and 13.92. The last one was in the first round of eliminations and I think I hit the gas too hard and spun more than the others. This is through the mufflers on street tires (wide whitewall radials). If I could cut a 10th or two off my 60' time it sure would help. These LS motors sure are fun!

Thanks Guys,

Brian, My previous personal best was a 13.68. But, I had only done it 1 time and my other runs were all over the map in the 14s and 15s. I added some traction bars plus the CAI and have gotten my launches more consistent. The thing is, on that 13.68 my 60' was a 2.16, compared to the 2.23 on the 13.57. If I could repeat that I might be in the 13.40 range or better. Wish I could remember exactly how I did that. So you better get to practicing! Maybe someday we can go to Infineon or whatever they are going to call it now.

Pat
