Default lq4/ls2/ls3 in a gmc s15!

this is the like 5th start of the engine. fired it a few times on a stand but didnt let it run for longer than 20 or 30 seconds cuz of no water, well now its installed in the truck just waitin on tranny cooler lines then it will be moving. let me know what ya all think!

this was a start and idle with a few revs on vid. the sound is alot different in person than on camera, it was recorded with a cell phone.

this vid was just me thinkin about warmin it up alittle with holdin revs but changed my mind and revved it alittle higher and shut it down not long after that.

big thanks to all those who helped with the build, the guys that sold me the parts and my brothers for helpin me keep sane through this whole 2 year build.

i cant wait to spin some cookies tomorow!

What motor is actually in there, you have three very different things listed (or did you do what I did and go through 3 motors)? Congrats on finally getting it running.

ok guys. this truck is stupid. like stupid fast. got it driving today, got a few issues i need worked out with the shifter but under about 65 there is no traction in 3rd gear and the limiter is set at 5500 rpm. it doesnt help that its got crappy tires and they are super skinny but it sure is fun. its gunna be a handful when the timing is set right and i get the carb adjusted right. pm me if anyone else is usin a hurst pro-matic 2 shifter for a th400. it seems like i have to go past the gear then back up into it to get the gear i want... any ideas?
