Default Wiring help needed

Im putting an ls1 out of a 2000 firebird/t56 into a subaru wrx and its time to wire it up. I've searched and searched, but still have a few questions about some of the wires that I just dont know what to do with.
-5 volt reference wires?
-Throttle position sensor signal (V8 VIN G) (Loop into sensor return wire or delete both?)
-Sensor return (V8 VIN G)
-Ignition retard signal (V8 VIN G)

I've found a retrofit schematic for the harness after alot of searching so that helped out alot, and I went back and edit this, and Im still not sure about those wires.
