Cool '61 Chvy Parkwood Wagon LS1 4L60e 411 gears

Still need to adjust startup settings but overall runs good. 411 gears, 17.4 mpg.

Gorgeous. What headers were used in the swap? Would they fit on a '62 Impala? Looks like a very similar setup to what we are planning.

Street and perf. The crappy square flange dos not seal well. It's a x-frame. I can shoot sme pics of the header area later but most any center dump LS1 headershould fit. Maybe C5vette? I have some Stock C5 vette headers and they look about the same dimensions.

if you go with the street & performance headers get the v clamp $50 add on. i have them and they work great but... the collector is too long and has to be cutoff to work around the x frame ...doesnt have to cut off but looks better and youll get better ground clearence....i might look at the cast stainless from speedway if i had to do it again.

What driveshaft did you use? Does the factory shaft work?

Wink

I believe it is a custom unit if I remember correctly. The stock one had to be shortened and different yoke attached.
