Default One Master Brake Question ?

Quick Master Brake Question, on the 4th Gen Brake Master, is the front port for the Front or Rear Brakes ??

Want to make sure I plumb it up correctly... as I am not using the ABS in my Nova Conversion and I didn't take notes of where and what lines went to / from. Also no FSM for the donor car (2002 Z28).

Thanks

BC,

I don't have an F-body,thus cannot give you a definitive answer, but:
  • On GM cars with disc brake masters, the front circuit is usually closest to the booster (rear-most).
  • The larger reservoir is for the discs (front circuit).
  • The larger diameter outlet lines (if applicable) are the rear circuit.

S10.. Yeah. from what I have researched, the rear port is usually the Front circuit, But wanted to make sure..

Just need to see about some custom lines (hard or SS Braided) from the Master to the P-Valve and maybe a Adjustable P-Valve on the Rear Circuit.

Question. Where have you guys placed the Adjustable Valve, before the P-Valve or after ??

Thanks guys..

I have a adjustable proportioning valve on mine. I got rid of the abs stuff couple years back I used the stock braided line and it goes into the adj. valve and them from there to the rear. I have a rear disc setup.

10droped, so you didn't use an OEM Type of Combo/P-Valve, just the Adjustable valve ?
