Default Need help wiring trouble

Guys I have a lq4 with ls1 (1998) intake and harness.... I am using the guage cluster and dash from the same car ... This is all in a 1981 trans am.... I had the car running and moving ... I was backing it out of the garage and it dies hasn't started since been trying to track down the issue since it died..... I think I have a short some where but cant find it.... It only shorts when the key is on .... With the key off 12.6 vdc with the key on volts drop to 1.5 volts...

I am at my wits end with this car... If anyone can help I would be forever greatful... I am willing to pay anyone thats local and can fix my issue

Harness was reworked by lt1wiring.net

I have a main junction where I have the starter, alt, and ign power, and fuel pump feed and fan power....This is where I was taking power readings

check all your grounds. then double check them. Also make sure you have a good solid ground from the engine to the chassis and from the battery to the engine.
