LQ4/n20 swap, what fuel pump?
I currently drag race a LS1 C5 Vette that uses a LPE high-flow fuel pump thats in the tank only reason is due to starvation of fuel when on the spray (150hp shot) & now it works fine.
I'm now working on a LQ4 swap & will be putting this same n20 setup on this engine & since i need to buy a fuel pump anyway i just want to make sure i get the fuel system right the first time.
I was looking on the Jegs brand 255lph in-line pump for $129.99 right now w/ 3/8 line to the stock truck intake/regulator & the stock 5/16 return line back to the tank. (no need for the vette filter/regulator in my setup)
Any suggestions would be great!

Are you planning on staying with Intank or go External pump ? what is your HP output ?
You can always go with the standard Walbro pump or go big time with the Aeromotive pumps.
If one Intank pump is not enough to support your HP Output, you might then go to a duel intank pump setup.

it'll be an inline external pump, my C5 is 600rwhp on the full max setup so I'd think the same hp would be expected max
I would think this Walbro would be fine but is that pump i listed about considered the Walbro pump you guys are always referring too?

I don't know. Hard to say what Jegs uses and rebrands.. but it has the correct 255L per/hr and pressure.
This would be the Aeromotive ones
http://www.jegs.com/i/Aeromotive/027/11109/10002/-1
or the big one

This is the Walbro one

either one of these should be ok... if you check the Racetronix site. they have many pumps to compare and also has some HP intank setups to look at.
