Wink Ls1 questions - 75 nova

Hello I'm currently getting a 2003 ls1 5.3 350 put into a 75 nova.
My question, what type of exhaust and headers should I run?
The price is starting to get up there so keep that in mind.
If anyone has any ideas please let me know. It will be much appreciated.

Keep it cheap and run stock manifolds from the truck motor or a car motor. On a side note I'm a big fan of the 4th gen Novas so post pics when you can

I have a (slow) 71' Nova project going.. link in my sig

Have you checked your hood clearance around the Truck Alternator setup ?.. might be some contact... !?

I would recommend the 4th gen or 5th gen F-Body.. They should work out well and are cheap.

Just started mocking my 78 up this past weekend. I'm using Pacesetter 4th gen f-body camaro headers, they have plenty of clearance.
I have some picture in my build thread.

I have some S&S headers in my 77 that were actually built for my 64 Nova with a Heidts front clip and an LS engine, but they fit my disco Nova like a glove. Unfortunatly S&S went out of business a couple years ago. It's a damn shame too, these are the nicest headers I've ever owned. Next swap I do I'm just running stock manifolds. Clearly big power can be made with them.

Yeah i got some pacesetter headers, and a pypes exhaust system. The hood clears fine, but I still might put a hood scoop on it.
