Default Two alternator wires

Installing 2007 5.3 (L59) and 4L60E in my 1948 Chevy pickup. Every thing on engine is stock. On the alternator I am using 6 gauge from the charging post to the battery connection on starter solenoid. The two smaller wires, grey field output duty cycle and brown charging indicator control ....do they connect to the PCM green 75 and green 15?

I don't have a diagram in front of me now but will check after work. On my mustang swap I decided to wire the second wire up to an idiot light. Alternator would not charge without it. I know some guys on here are wiring a resistor into the circuit. I thought having an extra 1194 bulb was esier in case of a break down.

Default Alternator wires direct to PCM

Looks like the two wires, other than the charge wire, do not have to be connected to the PCM. Any problem if they ARE CONNECTED to the PCM?
