Default Mustang manifold compatabilty

I have a Lm7 in an 87 notchback mustang with an AJE k-member. I have a set of third gen manifolds that i would like to use and i was wondering if anyone has done it before. I know there are headers available for the swap but i am a college student with very limited funds right now. I am aware that 2010 manifolds work but i already have the forthgens

Good luck. I've watched people ask this question over and over for a couple of years. It appears that only options are the 2010+ camaro manifolds or aftermarket swap headers.

These maybe worth a shot, less than half the price of the longtube swap headers out there.

No guarantees on fitup but they're a direct bolt in for the manifolds (which I know fit well).

If you're on a tight budget I'd start pm'ing members on camaro5 when you see them posting about installing headers. I scored a pair of manifolds for $40 shipped about a year ago. Good luck!
