Default Spark Plug Wires

What are people using for plug wires on raised valve covers (I have PRW)
with factory coil pacs. Would like to use MSD but would need to cut and crimp the connectors on, Don't want to spend $40.00 on the tool that will end up collecting dust. Anyone had luck with the plastic crimper that comes with some of the universal kits??

I've crimped plenty of plug wires with the cheap-o wire crimpers. Almost all of them have an "ignition terminal" crimping jaw in the handle.

The MSDs come with an aluminum tool that you use in a vise. I have used them several times and it works great once you get the hang of it.
