Default Smaller starter(ls1/t56)?

Hi, i have a problem. Swapping a ls1 and t56 in to my nissan 200sx RHD, and now the starter wont fit because of the steering column/shaft(dont now the correct word:-) )
So my question is, is it posible to find a smaller starter from another model or car? My one is from a 98 Camaro.

I think all the LS starters are pretty close in size, but maybe an aftermarket mini starter is available.

I picked up an aftermarket mini from ebay for cheap. It was not terribly more than an oem replacement.

Just an FYI, I have a 9509 and the main battery connection is on the side of the starter solenoid not the back like the factory starters. I could not use the 9509 because the header hit the terminal, although it is a good starter that I used on another vehicle.

Ok, thanks. But the header on the right side will never gonna fit because of the steering colum/shaft(dont know the word) so its going to be some custom work:-(
