Looks amazing so far. I am doing this swap in my 300zx as well but I am just getting started. What did you decide to go with for the wiring?

Painted my intake, heat wrapped the headers and turbo pipe, put my blanket on the turbo, did the oil feed and return on the turbo. Using a 2 radiator setup one with a 2200cfm push fan and the other with an 850 cfm mini pull fan. Fabbed a crazy elbow for my filter setup to work and to be able to make a crankcase vent system.

Waiting now on my coolant reservoir to finish my cooling system, then installing 2 in tank toyota supra fuel pumps 1 per rail with a single return. And need to finish my crankcase vent system. Then wire it all up n start it.

Duel fuel pump setup, used Denso pumps for TT Supras because they are more reliable than Walbro. Made battery box and installed battery in rear, wired it all up and saw the first sign of life for the car. I also installed the electromotive and ran the harness through the firewall and preparing to get this thing running.

Very, very cool. That should definitely be fun. Just got my Z back from a LS swap my buddy did for me. Stock LS1 for now with LS6 intake and six speed. We were able to do it without modding the fire wall with sheet metal oil pan. I didn't do a build because this is the only car I didn't do myself. LOL. Need to raise the back end up a tad, but here are a few pics.

[QUOTE=bpope;18238562]Very, very cool. That should definitely be fun. Just got my Z back from a LS swap my buddy did for me. Stock LS1 for now with LS6 intake and six speed. Is the car a 6 speed? Didn't modify the cross member or anything?

That car is currently running, it sounds absolutely insane in boost, U can't figure out how to upload videos to the right place yet but I will soon. I am however having a small issue with heat. 2 Radiators and 2 fans and the car slowly creeps to about 225 after 30 min of driving. I am going to reconfigure how I have the fans set up and put in a 160 thermostat and see if that will do the trick. Bumper is getting painted but here are some pics to show it finally works, 6 speed t56 Lq4 6.0L with 72mm turbo and sequential injection using electromotive.

Also having issues with fuel injectors not pumping enough, I have 60# injectors in it but it runs about 13.5 in full boost 3rd gear which means it would be even more lean in 4th on a highway pull. Anyone have suggestions on good 80 or 100 # injectors that are high impedance and reliable?

Great news, solved the cooling issue. Bought a griffin radiator and 2 derale 2000cfm fans, cut the headlight buckets slightly to get them to fit at a 45 degree angle. Used an air to water intercooler with a heat exchanger that is a bit too large and I will be changing but as of now the car never gets over 185, fans come on and turn back off. Very satisfied. I tuned the car yesterday while doing a couple highway runs and it drive's beautifully. Starter becomes heat sunk, need to put a shield on it and I have a small vibration from the intercooler touching the crossmember but other than that the car drives awesome is super loud and fun to drive. Very happy with the results.Name: 20140725_001238_zpst4977ymp.jpg

Too cool. Do you think that applies to a somewhat-heavier car like mine?? I'm currently setting money aside for a beefed-up 9" rear-end, & I've really been undecided on what gears to go with - it seemed like whatever gear ratio I decided on, I was "wasting" either 1st gear or 6th...

Probably the final update on the car, I got all the vibrations out of the car and it feels like it did from the factory. Car still handles amazingly and is just a blast to drive. No idea how much power it makes, right now im having the tec3r sent out to get a wintec4 software update and tune it a little better, then turning the boost up and may make it to the last test and tune day at the track this season who knows.

What did you end up doing with the GTO shifter idea?
