Default where to get 99 fbody computer???
in doing the swap on my 56 chevy i have a 01 pullout ls1 but my friend who has hptunners has a 99 year fbody capability i need a 99 fbody computer and have a 01 where do u suggest i look thanks

The physical computer hardware should be the same for the 99 and 01. You might want to talk to one of the sponsors about having them flash your PCM with a stock 99 file.

I think i have a 99 a4 fbody CPU maybe we could swap. Is your 01 auto or 6spd and will the 01 plug n play into the 99 harness I have?

I have seen them on eBay, you can get them flashed with a basic tune and the emission removed.

You can try pcmforless.com

For the Body...99-02 will be the samm 411 PCM.

The 01 will have a better/faster operating system than the 99. I get mine from SpareECM, on ebay.
