Default 2013 Escalade 6.2l physical size, versus 5.3l
Are they the same outside dimensions? If a 5.3l is a tight fit, will a 6.2l swap in? How about a 6.0?

Yes.. all Gen III and IV engine are of the same dimensions externally, as far as Block and head.. So depending on what Exhaust Manifold, front Accessories and Intake (Car/Truck), it well vary those dimensions.
