Default 2 inch 351W headers on LSX

Got a pair of 2 inch headers from a guy for a GREAT price.....

Anyways was wondering if anyone did these headers with the LSX flange since they are 2 piece headers and if they still needed to be a 2 piece header with a Tubular k member

Finding a 2" flange will be tough. You could prolly swedge down the tubes a bit and get them in a 1 7/8" flange. For my 1 3/4" BBK headers, I simply cut the Ford flanges off and replaced them with 1 3/4" LS flanges after rounding out the squared off Ford tubes. You'll have a little "wiggle room" to get the pipes to clear, so if your tubes are close, there shouldn't be any other problems...

Multiple companies sell a 2" flange for the LS motors lol

and they are already round at the primaries I'm looking more into fitment issues with just making them one piece vs the 2 piece they are now

Most peeps with an engine capable of using a 2" header are gonna have them custom built, just sayin...

I don't see why it won't work. If you have any issues, it'll be with the steering shaft.

1 3/4" 302 Headers don't fit in my 93 coupe they hit the floorboard's on both sides and drivers side hits steering shaft right at fire wall.. I say if you have th engine in slap them in there as is before you cut off the flanges. If it fits mod them, if not then buy BRP 2" headers if thats what you want.

Also are they "Fox 351 swap headers"? Or just 351 headers, I think the swap headers will tuck closer to block and have longer primaries... Not 100% sure
