06 top end on 07 shortblock

06 top end on 07 shortblock I have the top end (heads, intake, dbw throttle body, coils, etc) can I use a short block from an 07 I have the can and lifters swapped already. What wiring harness and ecu would i need an 06 or an 07

As LSJunky stated, we need to know what the engines came out of as 2007 was a cross over year (24x to 58x crank signal).

The 06 was a 2500 work truck the 07 is 58x out of a 1500 silverado 12576177 are the casting numbers i cant find much info about that engine
