What is needed for the swap? I've read possibly the oil pressure unit. Can i use the truck accessories? Oil pan? Harness from lq9?

its a direct swap, just swap the long block and bolt everything up, and plug in the connectors. That simple

U have to drill and tap one hole for the alternator bolt
