turbo 5.3 build in a 67 camaro motor mount question. I cannot seem to find the answer Im looking for.
I have a 2001 5.3/4l80 motor im building for a 67 camaro
I bought the 1'' back steel adapter plates off of ebay ( the ones that put the motor in the factory location basically )
As stated Im running a 4l80 behind the 5.3 , i know the tunnel is gonna be an issue if i use the wrong mounts , so thats my question
What are the correct mounts to get to not have clearance issues with my trans in the tunnel.
The trans being a bit lower then normal is not an issue for me before that comes up , either is things like exhaust ( since turbo is going to befront mounted)
any and all help is appreciated
