Default exhaust manifold specs? list? 40 ford 5.3 install

I'm installing a 5.3 in a 40 ford. I'm looking for exhaust manifolds that might fit. I have to chop the frame up alot to fit the truck manifolds (too wide). Gtos looks like they would work? Block hugger headers clear but, I don't want headers. Any ideas or is tgere a list with spec somewhere?

From what I have found, the F-Body manifolds hug the block the tightest. Im sure there must be a listing on this site. FYI, I have tested, Gen III Truck, Trailblazer SS, F-Body, and G8.

I have 2001 Camaro manifolds on my '33, they fit nice and have alot of clearance in the frame.

I don't know if this will help in your situation, but, I've tried the LS2 Corvette, C5 ZO6, G8 and GTO manifolds on an A-body...the early f-body LS manifolds fit much better than the others.

I've got a set 98-02 fbody, 02 Corvette, and a set of GTOs if you need any measurements.

I have some tubular steel Camaro 98-99 manifolds laying around left over from my project. If you want, PM me and we can set something up.

The build has been painfully slow. I've been talking pictures. I will post it when I'm farther along. I'm putting air ride on it too. 4-link rear, mustang front.

I'm using 2010 SS manifolds in my foxbody, worked great for NA and turbo.
They hug the block and put the flanges at a nice angle.

Upload them to a picture hosting site like photobucket or something, and then cut and paste them here.
