Correct. Not 12v on the black wire.

The MAP sensor is in the back of the manifold, yes? I will check that out as well.

Now do the O2's need to be hooked up? I haven't bought any extensions yet so they are disconnected. Everything else is plugged up.

The o2s aren't going to cause your issue.
The map is on the back on the intake next to the OPSU.

Racetronix has the extensions for 15$/piece. Or the C5 o2s on Ebay for like 65$ shipped, which I recommend over extensions.

Here is a novel concept. How about data logging what is going on instead of guessing. Data logs don't lie,

Thanks Lem. You still hanging with Caleb? I know he left Tampa to head back your way.

Novel concept indeed friend, if I had the means. For now it's just basic trouble shooting.

I bet it is...lol. Hope his Z06 is still beasting.

Now back to my woes, anybody have a actual pin out of how the wiring harness should be for the map and maf? It's an aftermarket harness so for all I know the pin layout could be wrong.

Any more ideas. Swapping parts isn't really diagnosing but I have an extra unlocked stock ecm, I am going to throw in with a another maf and map and see if it makes a difference. Woudl be great if it was just an incorrectly pinned connector.

Did you confirm the pinout was correct? Or do you still need it?

Pin A on MAF goes to Position 57 on Red PCM Connector
Pin B on MAF goes to Position 25 on Red PCM Connector
Pin C on MAF is ground
Pin D on MAF is Key ON 12-Volts
Pin E on MAF goes to Position 31 on Red PCM Connector

Assuming this is a 5 PIN pre 2007 Truck MAF sensor (if you have a part number we could confirm). Remember the newer sensors had multiple pinouts.

The MAF itself is a 100mm after market unit, with 3 pins and attached to a 3 to 5 pin adapter then to harness.

I will check on that Jon, but I did swap it out with a factor MAF and still had the same problem. Even used a few MAP sensors as well to see if they could be the issue. Checking those pins will be a major pain, tracking them back to the ecm...lol. If I can't get this resolved I am half tempted to send you my ecm and have you do a speed denssity tune and call it a day.

Any chance that the 6.0's ecu was speed density tuned prior to you buying it? Have you tried to swap out ecus?

I had the ecu specifically programmed for my setup (stock tune), i.e 6.0, 100mm maf, TH350 with 8k pulse fromhte Dakota Digital sender.

I do have another ecm that I will try tomorrow.
