first drive questions

first drive questions I have just finished my efi swap. I had a carb on it then ez-efi now i have factory efi on it. I drove it around and it runs ok. The issue is if i blip the throttle it hesitates and some times dies. If the motor is already spinning faster then idle it does not do it. Could this be normal tell the ecm figures stuff out or is it maybe i need a tune. Motor has headers and cam and cold air intake. Thats it. Thanks.
