Its a steering shaft extension, this is the last piece of the puzzle. Flaming river is on a 3 week back order for this, and would like to get my car back on the road ASAP.

Check with a company called Speedway Motors. Not 100% sure if they have that part, but they do deal with Flaming River and I find prices on most of thier products very reasonable.

I just checked with flaming river and they said they are out of stock with a 3 week turn around. Jeggs and Summit are out of stock as well.

The picture "looks" like a piece of 3/4DD with a ball milled slot and a hole for your bolt.. If you can give your local machinist some idea, he can mill the slot and do the hole in a shot time, maybe using some dimensions from you stock part, allowing for the extension.. You can get the DD from several suppliers..

Does Borgeson or ididit carry anything like that? As post 5 said, a machinist should be able to make something lie that for you if you have one for him to copy from.
