Default Coolant leak

Hello all I'm trying to finish up my swap and noticed I had no coolant flowing through the engine. I pulled the top hose off to fill the block figuring it had a vapor lock, I poured the coolant in and heard coolant leaking, it's coming from the metal port near the starter I wasn't sure what that was for? Obviously it needs to be either plugged or routed somewhere?

Do you mean the block heater plug? Yeah, you need a plug in that one and the one on the other side.

Mine has a tube coming out of it? It's a 2006 lm7 hybrid engine. So wonder if it screws out? What size is that plug do you know?
