Default minimum exhaust manifold clearance?

What is the minimum clearance for an exhaust manifold?

Just finishing up my ls swap, but i have a clearance issue with my hooker ls exhaust manifolds.
The clearance to my suspension upper A-arm is a about 1/8".
I already ground down the A-arm part that was hitting but it's still close.
I could grind the manifold but they are already ceramic coated...
Its probably what I'm going to have to do

I'm using Dirty Dingo "street rod" engine mounts with 1 poly and 2 rubber bushings(one under and one above).
I'm not sure how much movement the engine will have...

Well your alignment is going to affect the clearance. Do you know where you stand? If you have a lot of camber or caster, some of those rear shims may come out.

Yes, the alignment was ok, i had it done a few months before it was parked (before the swap started).
So i shouldn't need to move the spacing of the a-arm back further any time soon.
and if i have to I'll change the ball joint spacing instead of changing the shims behind the upper a-arm mount.
