Default 01 LSX Twin Turbo Mustang

I have been lurking on this forum for a while now but figured I would finally post my build. We took a v6 mustang and put a 5.3 in it....added a couple turbos for a little more fun on the street. Car is definitely not complete yet but here it is...

•Stock 5.3L
•LS1 Intake
•Twin 56s
•4L80E Trans
•A1000 Fuel Pump
•Holley Fuel Rails
•PA Racing K-Member
•Weld Rod Lites Wheels
•275/60/15

Hell yes. Love me some mustang!!! We have a 93 notch w a 580 BBC and hatch w a 514ci ford. I've owned four stangs myself and there is no replacement for them. The ultimate mustang is one like u did. Excellent job, any track #s?

That is AWESOME!!!!

Been wanting to do something similar with an SN95 also. Got a friend doing a 6 liter turbo SN95 but his other projects are making the build go very slow.

Thank you! We are still working the bugs out of it but it is quite fun to drive! I still have lots of little stuff to do. Definitely seems never ending!

Thank you! This project went slow at the beginning due to test fitting and trying to keep the engine bay somewhat clean... we just worked on it a little in the afternoons but once we dedicated more time to it, it went very fast!

Yes but not a good pass, my trans was stuck in 2nd the only time I took it out. I left of idle and lifted once it didn't shift and ran a 8.8 at 65 mph in the 8th on a bone stock ls1. I got the trans out now waiting for my glide/4000 stall and trans brake to come in.

Still not too bad. We have to order a stall as well. Where did you order yours from? We were looking at getting a 3500 stall.
