Default 4.3 v6 to a 6.0
What all entails on a '99 Silverado 1500 4.3 to 6.0 swap. I figured the factory 4l60 will work, but do the engine mounts and the factory v6 harness work for the 6.0 lq?

No.You will need almost every part that is specific to the V8 truck to do the swap,the good news is most of the stuff is available used and usually fairly cheap.
