What carb to use on 5.3 with longtubes

Whats a good carb to use on a 5.3 with the carb intake conversion and longtubes?

I ran a Holley 4160 style 750 vacuum secondary, but it was running quite rich and instead of messing with carb my buddy loaned me a 650 double pumper....if you are buying new I would prob run an edelbrock carb as they are pretty easy to tune
