Default mechanical temperature gauge ???

Where are you guys putting them in the head or the top radiator hose ???

I ended up tapping the flat part of the water pump and running it there. I was going to use the access port on the passenger side head but decided against it because the probe style temp gauge stuck out past the head once you used a brass fitting that was converted to metric thread and I didnt want to risk tapping out the head. I don't have any problems with the top of the water pump

S&P Mena AR makes an adapter but it sticks out like a sore thumb, My is a an vod eletric but mech would work as well, Think it was like $20+shipping

12mm X 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, or 1/2 NTP Coolant Sensor Adapter.
They are a phone up and order, or walk in type place. Website sucks. 479-394-5711. Guy name Mark runs/owns the place and really knows LS swaps. Can help with just about any question you may have or any custom parts.
