Default C5 LS1 wiring harness into C4 LS1 Corvette

Im swapping a LS1 and T56 into a C4. I plan on stripping everything. no power windows, no power locks, no heat, no A/C, no smog. I will be running aftermarket Autometer gauges and utilizing the ETC (electronic throttle control).
I currently have a 1999 automatic C5 corvette wiring harness and 1999 C5 PCM for the swap. Does anyone have an idea as to the amount of work that needs to be done to the wiring harness to make it work for my application? Best place to mount the PCM?

Any ideas as to what to do about the speedo??? GPS maybe, but I would really like to read the MPH in my HP tuners pids on my data log
