Has anyone ever tried using JEGS new Pro-Flo Extreme Braided Hose? Jegs' tech wasn't too sure if the Viton® inner liner would alleviate the dreaded fuel fumes some nylon braided hose suffer from.

I've tried 100% synthetic nitrile lined (it and Viton are both elastomers) and it bled odor. Summit refunded my money and I went Teflon. No regrets. I don't think I'd try anything else.

I've had the cloth braided stuff on my Maverick for 6 years, no fuel smell. These may be Aeroquip lines, but I'd imagine they're the same internally...

Thanks. I bought the Jegs stuf soley because my Summit SS. ptfxxxxxx lined stuff is kinda pain in ma azz. I guess I will keep the SS fittings and retry once I get gas fumes.
