Soon I will be doing the wiring in a 66 checy truck and I want to run all the computer wires inside the cab, what is the best way to do this, besides drilling a big hole to run the computer plugs into the cab. How hard will it be to remove all the wires from the plug and run them inside, and is there a tool to remove them, normally when I was removing the ones I did not need I just used a sharp screwdriver, but this sometimes damage the end of the connection, and I do not want to damage any.

The amount of wires that need to pass through the firewall already require a pretty large hole. It only needs to be a bit larger to pass the connectors through one at a time. For a nice clean finish you can use a seals-it split grommet.

Just Google seals-it split grommet and those are cheap from just about anywhere.
