What diagnostic tools should I have, for a afm-vvt-dod swap My last rig was a 1995 which was a transition year for OBDII.
So I have a scan guageII. It can read and clear codes.
If I step into the modern GenIV's, I plan to have a professional build my harness, and program the PCM. But say there are issues out of the gate. What tools should have to be able to help diagnos any unexpected issues, test and relay info to the programmer to help figure out root causes and solutions?
