I am trying to program my CableX box (you know, the little black box to use an electronic speedo signal with a mechanical speedo) and the instructions ask for the number of teeth on the exciter gear of the trans. CableX customer service tells me that usually that number is 40. I would like to be sure and use if possible the actual correct number, for the best accuracy.
My trans is a 4L80E, can anyone help me?
