70 chevelle 6.0 Th400 swap need help.....!
Hey guys im new to all this but ive been researching for a while so pretty much got it all figured out but still need help on the classic, oil pan, mounts and headers....ive been searching for a direct answer.... gotten close but no luck....the thing is dont wanna cut my x member for the pan and I dont wanna cut my trans tunnel(reason for running th400 vs 4l60e) and I wanna keep everything in stock location (motor and trans)...I need some input on parts ( dont wanna waste money on trial and error)but heres my list.....
6.0 outta tbss (trans ecm pedal etc.)
Built th400
External walbro 255 fuel pump
Corvette c5 fuel filter
Car shop plates and mounts
Autokraft oil pan
AC relocation bracket
Smaller ps pully (ford van or jeep gear box)
Is this a good combo or....ps has anyone used 4l60e and not had to modify trans tunnel keeping stock location. ..?

While the 4L80E may be a bit heavier.... it will handle much more abuse with just a Trans Go shift kit (search on here about which one to get) than any 4L60E.
