Scrambler 6 litre won't idle

Dude, it has to be something in the tune itself. Mom's F150 says throttle is at 19% when idling at 800 rpm. Something is either not set right in the gas pedal assembly or the tune in the PCM.
I only have 1 other suggestion because I have seen it before, drill a small hole in the throttle body blade.
Other than that, I have no clue.

I agree..... itsw got to be PCM related at this point. I thought it might have been related to DBW gas pedal I am using. I cut it apart and re-welded it back together and thought maybe it ruined the sensor. But last night we tried a different pedal and no change. It tries harder to run with the pedal unplugged from the TAC module. But still wont run!
Oh arent swaps fun!

So far we have tried
-different intake
-different MAF
-different throttlebody
-different TAC
-different gas pedal
-tested fuel pressure to be at 54psi
-regapped spark plugs to .040
throws no consistent codes, but will throw the proper code if any certain sensor is unplugged.
another weird thing it does is
-once in a while it will turn on coolant fan when starting
-if I turn on ignition, MIL lights up, start it and it goes out, but if a turn ignition off, then turn it back on right away, no MIL light. I have to turn it off for a few seconds to get it to come back on....

Have a guy lined up that has equipment, has EFIlive. He is not sure if he has the right softwear or something... just texted him my ecm number and vin to see if he can do anything. Scan equiptment is expensive in Canada

So new issue guys, still wont idle but now it has a no start problem, turns out my buddy left the key on for about 4 hrs the other day when he went to run some errands. Now whenever he goes to start the truck it just spins over doesnt even fart or try to catch dont see how it could be possible for this situation to get any worse.
has anybody experienced anything like this before, tried swapping crank sensors no change, its getting fuel and spark. Im still on the track of bad PSI conversions programming/pcm.

Check for fouled spark plugs, if they are black CHANGE THEM...seen it a bunch...especially on swaps where they just got engine started and more work to do, so they start and stop it a bunch without ever letting it warm up.
what year drive by wire? 2003-2004 are very bad about low idle problems, CLEAN the throttle body around the blade, all around. GM has a flash update for 2003 because of this issue. The software does not 'learn up' fast enough to take into account of gunk buildup around the blade in its closed position. KEY ON, ENGINE OFF, have someone hold pedal to floor, clean above, below. It doesn't take much to gunk them up.

Have you tried to get a hold of Jon? When I was having issues with my swap and his harness, it was a matter of a wire wired incorrectly. He'd be the one at this point I would call.

ha funny story we have tried numerous attempts to get in contact with jon via phone and by email had very little dialogue almost like he doesnt give a S**t which is very dissapointing to us as his website states that he has excellent customer service. From what he has told us puts very little faith in his knowledge as he doesnt even remember what tune he put in the pcm... so my buddy might just send his pcm off to another tuner too see what exactly jon has and hasnt done properly.

I know it was hard to get a hold of him when we put the 5.3 into my full size but I'm sure he is busy and probably puts out a lot of product so you are not the only one he has done business with. Not saying its a good thing at all bc I know how I was when mine wouldnt run at all, or would just fire for a few seconds and die.

No specific offense to Jon because he MAY be busy..
You need to find someone else to send the harness and computer to and get it lined out. Hell, if you mail the setup to me, I would be more than willing to make the trip up to LT1swap.com in Missouri and get it programmed up there for you, then drop it in a box and ship it back. All you have to do is pay for shipping costs and his tuning.
