Default 67 Camaro Lsx454R conversion resto mod

I was just in the shop and i was thinking man I should post a few pictures of this camaro we built since its so cool to me.

To start its a 67 camaro with a lsx454R (Note the R its 750+ horse 7000rpm crate engine) with a th400 built by FTI, chris alston chassis works front suspension with qa1's all the way around. SpeedTech torque arm in the rear wiht a speedway motors 9inch ford. The motor was topped off with a 250shot direct port kit by nitrous outlet. The all stainless headers/full exhaust was custom built by Troy pirez jr, which by the way was worth every penny. The carb was tuned by pro systems carbs which also did awesome work. Wilwood 6piston front brakes with 4 piston rear brakes. Full custom interior with all auto meter gauges.

Also with the engine's intake/carb being so high the customer didnt was a tall cowl hood so he wanted us to do a custom hole in the hood to let the ALS blower systems air scoop threw. Let me tell you, at first i hated the idea, but now it kinda looks pretty cool to me. I think its growing on me. The hood isnt finished with since we have some sheet metal and paint work to do on it. But ya here go.

Dyno tuned by me also.

That is old school nasty - I can dig it. I would prefer a roots blower if you are going to have a carb sitting that high, but overall a wicked top end.

If only it had a 6-71 between that hat and the heads.. That would really fill that hole in the hood the right way !!

The hood scoop is too redneck for my tastes but everything is awesome. Cool wheels.
