thats actually a crown victoria. they dropped the LTD from the name in 92. you might get more replies if you change your title

well I looked over on cvn, and the guy that built the bingo cruiser is from kansas, so I would have to say yes, it probably is

Great bend is in the middle of the state, not exactly a large metro. Thus he likely listed it in Kc for more visibility.
