Default converting fuel system from carb'd to EFI

I might be beating a dead horse. Does the fuel rail on the truck intake have a regulator? My intake is a 2002. I'm also looking at a walbro 255 inline pump. Would this pump be best for my car? http://m.summitracing.com/parts/vpn-gsl392

That pump will be fine for your swap. If your engine is 2002 truck it should have a regulator and return fitting on it.

I've got 3 different answers from 3 different people at summit on this matter. What fuel rail adapters do I need for me intake. It's a 02 truck intake with the regulator and return on the rail. The feed being 3/8" and the return being 5/16".

On my 01 LQ4 I used the Earl's adapters to -6 and ran -6 lines for supply and return.
