Transmission cooler
Hey guys I purchased a b&m trans cooler part #70273 and now I'm worried it's not big enough to keep the trans cool. The trans is a 4l60e and is going into a 70c10 turbo ls1 truck. I tried to get a bigger cooler but with the intercooler, condenser and radiator there is not enough room for it. I'm not running the trans lines through the radiator as there are no provisions for it. Do you think the smaller cooler will be enough? Please tell me your thoughts.

don't forget tranny fluid needs to be up to temp and not to hot .
so bypassing the rad cooler to heat it up can possibly cause problems if in colder climates .
and b&m makes a few coolers with 12volt fan built in to work for jobs like this . cant get the air flow you need then mount this style and wire it up . already has temp sender in it just needs 12volts .
