I have my 08 genIV 4.8 engine but couldn't find a transmission. This is going into my 88 Foxbody notch. After looking into other options like trying to use my T5 in I finally found a 4l60e from a Tahoe 4WD. I ordered a new tail shaft and output shaft which should be here on Friday. Still debating on whether to use a stock K-member from a 4.6 mustang or go with a tubular K member which cost plenty enough. Once I get that figured out I will be yanking the tired 5.0 out to sell it to help fund my project.
