Default Will a Holley intake 300-111 fit an LM7?

I'm looking at what options I have to convert a Jeep XJ (low hood profile) affordably to an LS. LM7's are easy and cheap to buy but have a truck intake. Holley's tech line says that this intake won't fit because of clearance issues. I'm guessing that the throttle body being low would interfere with the serp. belt. So I would need to convert the front accys. to Corvette or Camaro style I would guess.
Possibly the cooling system bypass lines on front and rear?
Fuel rail would obviously have to be replaced but are injectors the same?
Can anybody shed some light?
Thank you.

Holy *****, that's expensive. Grab an LS1 intake from the classifieds. They're usually under 100 bucks with rails and injectors. LS6 would run 3-400.

They say it won't fit for the same reasons the LS1 intake doesn't fit: water pump and fuel injectors.
